OnePlus has announced a co-creation platform called, OnePlus Featuring, where the company will partner with others to make new products. According to the details, OnePlus will be working with Keychron as their first partner to make their first mechanical keyboard for PC gamers with the ability to customize keys.
This will be the first for OnePlus at making a product aimed for PC gamers and the keyboard is said to feature mechanical key switch design with the ability to customize keys. However, no further details were revealed by the company regarding their upcoming product.
The OnePlus Mechanical Keyboard, which is said to be released globally early next year (2023), will be one of many products aimed at PC gamers as the company announced launching two new PC monitors as well.
OnePlus will be the second mobile manufacturer to enter the PC market after Xiaomi, which creates several products aimed at PC gamers and enthusiasts. However, only time will tell on how the company will perform in the PC segment and will it be able to keep up with already established brands.
