Young Boy Shot Dead in Islamabad Sector G-13/4

In a tragic incident, a young boy, identified as 21-year-old Hussnain Abbas, has been shot dead during a snatching within the jurisdiction of the Golra Police Station on Monday.

According to the details, Hussnain Abbas was walking with three of his cousins and when they reached Street 136 of Sector G-13/4, two unidentified men on a motorcycle came and tried to snatch the group’s mobile phones.

One of the snatchers fired directly at 21-year-old Hussnain Abbas while fleeing the scene, hitting him in the stomach, after which he was shifted to PIMS Hospital in an injured state, where he succumbed to his injuries.

First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against the unknown culprits the police has started an investigation into the incident and will be checking the area’s CCTV cameras as well to track the suspects.

The crime rate has increased several fold in the last couple of weeks in Islamabad and the Federal Government is receiving a lot of criticism after the murder of Hussnain Abbas last night for diverting the country’s police resources towards politics.

Recently, the rape of a girl at a park in Sector F-9 of Islamabad went viral on social media. According to the police, the suspects were tracked and gunned down in an exchange of fire at Sector D-12.
