In a tragic incident, at least six teachers were killed during a firing incident at a school in Parachinar.
According to the details, there were 2 incidents of firing in Parachinar, which included the Government High School and a vehicle.
As a result, six teachers will killed in the school and one passed away in a vehicle at Shalozan Road in Upper Kurram District of Parachinar during the shooting.
An emergency has been declared in hospitals across the district after the tragedy.
Some reports state that police have identified Jawad Hussain, Naveed Hussain, Jawad Ali, Muhammad Ali, and Ali Hussain as the prime suspects in the case.
The police said that teachers were performing duty for the matriculation examination in the Parachinar school when the firing incident took place.
Furthermore, the authorities have launched a search operation for the suspects in the area and traffic routes across the district have been closed due to security concerns.
Meanwhile, the matric exams organized by Kohat Board have been postponed after the firing incident.
