Here are some key points to remember:

  • The month started with the market closed during the weekend on 1st and 2nd July, followed by a bank holiday on 3rd July.
  • On 4th July, the exchange rate stood at 74.99 PKR. It then saw a slight increase to 75.53 PKR on 5th July before dipping to 75.42 PKR on 6th July.
  • The rate rebounded on 7th July, reaching 75.66 PKR. The weekend of 8th and 9th July saw the market closed again.
  • On 10th July, there was a notable uptick in the exchange rate, reaching 76.18 PKR, followed by a decrease to 75.84 PKR on 11th July.
  • The rate remained relatively stable around the mid-75 PKR range from 12th to 14th July, with values of 75.54 PKR, 75.27 PKR, and 75.58 PKR respectively.
  • Another weekend passed on 15th and 16th July.
  • The exchange rate surged again on 17th July, reaching 76.03 PKR, and continued its upward trend throughout the following days, hitting 78.09 PKR on 21st July.
  • The weekend of 22nd and 23rd July saw the market closed again.
