The Karachi Police has arrested a man suspected to be the one from the viral harassment incident in Gulistan-e-Johar’s Block 4. According to the details, the police have also taken into custody a motorcycle that is believed to be the one the man was riding at the time of the incident.
It is pertinent to mention that a video went viral a few days ago showing a man harassing a girl in broad daylight at Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar. In the viral video, the man was seen removing his shorts and running up to the girl and attack.
However, the victim was able to fend off the attacker and escape.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah took notice of the incident and directed Inspector General (IG) and Additional IG Police to ensure that immediate action is taken and the perpetrator to be arrested.
Now, the Karachi Police have taken into custody a man who looks like the one in the video. However, the accused’s motorcycle had no number plate and he wore a mask to hide his identity.
