Hyundai Nishat Motor (Private) Limited has launched the Hyundai Tucson GLS, the company’s new base variant for the popular crossover SUV. In a post on social media, the company wrote, “We are excited to introduce the newest addition to the Hyundai family – the TUCSON GLS! Explore the road to new adventures with the perfect entry-level crossover SUV.”
Engine and Transmission
The new Hyundai Tucson GLS comes with a 4-cylinder DOHC 1,999cc engine that is capable of producing 155 horsepower (hp) and 192 Newton meters (Nm) of Torque with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Hyundai Tucson GLS Price in Pakistan
The price of the Hyundai Tucson GLS in Pakistan is Rs. 7,365,000 (Ex-Factory) and it around Rs. 865,000 cheaper than the GLS sport variant at Rs. 8,230,000. However, the new Hyundai Tucson GLS isn’t the cheapest variant of the crossover SUV as Tucson Alpha still holds that position with a price of Rs. 7,300,000.
