Dr. Usman Anwar directed District Traffic Police Officers and District Police Officers to intensify the crackdown on underage drivers and those driving without licenses. He emphasized that unlicensed and underage drivers on the roads should not be granted any leniency, and strict enforcement of traffic rules is essential. Dr. Usman Anwar urged supervisory officers to regularly monitor the crackdown, submit reports to the Chief Police Officer, and take vigorous action against one-wheelers, racers, and overloaded drivers.

Inspector General Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, affirmed that addressing citizens’ problems without delay is the top priority. He instructed all Regional Police Officers and District Police Officers to ensure immediate action in this regard. Dr. Usman Anwar demanded a report from supervisory officers on citizens’ applications and ordered the concerned District Police Officers to conduct inquiries under personal supervision, providing necessary relief to citizens.

These directives were issued by Dr. Usman Anwar during an open court session held at the Central Police Office. During the session, citizens’ problems were heard, immediate actions were taken, and orders were issued for resolution. Dr. Usman Anwar also addressed applications from police employees and their families, directing the Admin, Discipline, and Welfare branches to promptly address employee requests based on merit. He emphasized the swift disposal of applications related to transfer and posting, pension, discipline, and welfare matters, ensuring that the force receives all possible relief through immediate action on health welfare requests.
