Capital Development Authority (CDA) is holding open auction of commercial plots from January 10th-12th, 2024, at Ghandra Hall at F-9 Park.
According to CDA, the auction presents an opportunity for all investors to participate in the upcoming auction from January 10th-12th, 2024.
The auction will include prime locations like Blue Area, Markaz, and Park Road with a diverse range of properties.

Special Steps for Prospective Investors
- Presence of facilitation team at every step for providing facilities to the investors
- Payment of 25% of bid amount as first installation within 30 days of acceptance of bid
- Advance tax will be collected on pro-rata basis
- After payment of first installment, building plan approval facility will be granted
- Construction work will be started after making full payment
There will be a 10% rebate on full payment within 30 days of the bid acceptance letter, while an additional 5% rebate will be given on payment in US Dollar (USD).
