The Punjab Excise & Taxation Department has announced its e-auction schedule for number plates for January 2024, inviting individuals to bid for appealing numbers for both cars and motorcycles.
Individuals can secure universal numbers of their preference. The registration for the first series is underway from January 1 to January 11. Furthermore, registration for the remaining two series will commence on January 11 and January 21.
The bidding process for these series is set to start on January 11, 21, and February 1, respectively. Simultaneously, registration for commercial vehicles started on January 1 and will continue until January 20.
Bidding for these vehicles is scheduled from January 21 to January 22.

According to Chairman Faisal Yousaf of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), citizens can register for the auction through the online portal and e-Auction mobile app.
