In order to promote active and healthy living, the city of Lahore is preparing to hold the Lahore Marathon Race Series in Bahria Town on Sunday (25th February 2024).
The Lahore Marathon Race Series begins with an amazing Half Marathon and a thrilling 5k Road Run, where all types of runners can participate. The event seeks to unite professional athletes and enthusiastic amateurs, promoting harmony and a spirit of fellowship.
The race route is carefully designed to portray the beauty of Bahria Town, and participants are slated to run along the magnificent scenery that characterizes the town. Runners will run past iconic landmarks, such as the magnificent Grand Mosque and the beautiful Eiffel Tower replica, which makes it aesthetically pleasing.
Categories and Prizes
The event is open to participants in different categories:
- Half Marathon (Male)
- Half Marathon (Female)
- 5k Road Run (Male)
- 5k Road Run (Female)
Meanwhile, the cash prizes for first to third places in each category will be revealed soon, which turns this event into a competitive one.
