On Wednesday evening, an explosion in Karachi’s Haji Lemo Goth, situated behind Patel Hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, resulted in the reported death of an individual. The police, confirming the casualty count, indicated that two people, including a minor girl, sustained injuries in the incident.
According to the East deputy inspector general, the blast was caused by an individual carrying a grenade, which subsequently detonated in his hand. The law enforcement official stated that the deceased person is suspected to be the one who was in possession of the grenade at the time of the explosion.
