The General Elections 2024 are all set to commence tomorrow at 8:00 am and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has set up a total of 90,675 polling stations nationwide, with voting scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm tomorrow.
Among these, 27,628 polling stations have been categorized as “sensitive,” while 18,437 have been designated as “extremely sensitive.”
To ensure the security and smooth conduct of the elections, a contingent of 500,000 security personnel, comprising the Pakistan Army, paramilitary forces, and the police, has been deployed for election duties across the country.
To find out about your polling station, you need to SMS your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number to 8300 and you will get details about your National and Provincial constituencies along with the polling station address.
