Hyundai has launched its first luxury electric vehicle (EV) in Pakistan, the Hyundai IONIQ 5, at a ceremony held in Lahore. The launch was unexpected, as Hyundai made no prior announcements about the launch of the new EV in the local automotive industry.
Performance
The IONIQ 5 comes with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 72.6 kwh and an output of 253 kw. The electric motor produces a maximum power of 225 kw (301.6 hp) and 605 Nm of torque with an all-electric range of up to 430 km/charge.
