Although it doesn’t show all online contacts on WhatsApp, it does give a glimpse of recent activity by displaying a limited number of recently active contacts. This is especially useful when users want to call someone and need to know who is available.
Even though it doesn’t show all contacts, this feature still helps users identify who is currently online or has been active recently. This can be helpful in deciding who to call, making the messaging experience more convenient.
