Federal Govt Extends Holidays Amidst Extreme Heatwave

Federal Government educational institutions will now reopen on August 5

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Ministry of Education has extended holidays for all federal government educational institutions until August 4.

This decision comes in response to the ongoing extreme heatwave.

A notification issued by the ministry highlighted the health and safety concerns for students and staff due to the severe heat conditions.

The ministry emphasized that the well-being of students and staff remains a top priority.

As a result, federal government educational institutions will now reopen on August 5. The ministry’s notification stated, “The intense heatwave has necessitated this extension. Ensuring the well-being of students and staff is our top priority.”

Parents and students should stay informed through official channels for any further updates.
