The Islamabad Traffic Police has announced a traffic diversion plan for August 13 and 14, 2024, in Islamabad to facilitate the safe movement of citizens during important events.
Citizens are advised to cooperate and use alternate routes as outlined below:
Diversion Plan:
- 8:30 AM (August 13): Faisal Avenue will be closed from Zero Point to Faisal Chowk for all types of traffic.
- 8:30 AM (August 14): Serena Chowk to Convention Centre via D-Chowk will be closed for all types of traffic.
- 8:30 AM (August 14): Khyber Plaza to NADRA Head Office via Ayub Chowk will be closed for all types of traffic.
- 8:30 AM (August 14): Faisal Avenue from Zero Point to Faisal Chowk will be closed for all types of traffic.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and stay updated through the ITP WhatsApp number, ITP FM 92.4, and the ITP Facebook page for real-time traffic updates.
