Google to launch smartwatches powered by Android Wear

Google is working with a series of gadgets manufacturers and style brands to make an arrangement of smartwatches controlled by Android Wear later in the not so distant future.

The organization declared today it was stretching out its Android framework to wearables, “beginning with the most recognizable wearable — watches.”

The new watches will inform wearers of posts and messages on social applications, and additionally giving data around nearby climate and sending messages to companions.

The voice order “alright Google…” permits clients to make inquiries, for example, the area of the closest cafe, score in a particular games match, or to start a music playlist.

The devices will also act as health and fitness monitor to provide real-time speed on your movements, alongside the distance to your chosen destination.

Google is inviting developers to download an Android Wear Developer Preview to tailor existing app notifications for Android smartphones and tablets to watches powered by Android Wear.
