PTCL Internet facing technical issues in Karachi / Hyderabad

PTCL – Pakistan Telecommunication Ltd one of the widest and leading Internet Service Provider in Pakistan is currently facing some technical issues, due to which Internet users ( PTCL Customers ) are experiencing Slow or No Browsing issues.

Technical issue continues since yesterday, however calling on PTCL Helpline 1218 – The recording says ” I am sorry we’re unable to attend your call at this time, please call back later “ .

INCPak just confirmed, PTCL Net users from Hyderabad are also facing issues and they been told the issue will be resolved in 24 hours however from Karachi not a single call attended by PTCL Complaints Register Helpline.
