Kamran Faisal hanging but his feet on the table?

Kamran Faisal hanging from the roof but feet on the table. Did the killer forget to remove the table???

The Image taken from the mobile camera shows clearly that his feet are on the table, how can one commit a suicide like this?

Officials said Kamran Faisal was found hanging from a ceiling fan in the government hostel where he lived with other colleagues from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

He was one of the officers pursuing allegations that Raja Pervez Ashraf received kickbacks during his time as water and power minister in 2010. The Supreme Court ordered Mr Ashraf’s arrest this week but the head of NAB, refused saying there was insufficient evidence.

Police said Mr Faisal’s death appeared to be suicide.

Such is the febrile atmosphere in Pakistan, where a Sufi cleric this week led tens of thousands of supporters into Islamabad to demand the government be dissolved amid rumours of a “soft coup”, that many will suspect foul play.

A NAB spokesman said: “He was found dead in his room. He is suspected to have committed suicide. Police have taken the body. A post-mortem is being carried out.” Bani Amin, Islamabad police chief, confirmed that an investigation was under way.

nab-chairmanChairman National Accountability Bureau Fasih Bokhari has said that Investigating officer Kamran Faisal committed suicide and probe into his death is undergoing.

Talking informally to reporters after meeting PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif at Raiwand, Chairman NAB said that investigation into the death of Kamran Faisal is ongoing and its details would be brought forward soon.

He said that honest officers are present in all departments and it is unfortunate that the suicide of NAB investigating officer is being made part of media trial and the public is refusing to accept the true facts.

He said we need to strengthen institutions not weaken them as if institutions are strong the country would flourish.

Earlier Chairman National Accountability Bureau Fasih Bukhari met with PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif at Raiwind in Lahore on Thursday.

He condoled with him the death of his younger brother Abbas Sharif and offered fateha for the departed soul.

Hello! My name is Farhan Abro, and I'm based here in Islamabad. My journey in Pakistan's digital media really kicked off when I founded INCPak back in 2012. We built it from the ground up, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, to be a trusted voice for independent journalism. But while media is a big part of who I am, I'm also shaped by a fascinating mix of other passions. I'm deeply into automotive, which gives me a technical edge, but I also find my artistic expression through landscape photography and music. And I'm always diving into the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence. Bringing all these different worlds together the technical, the creative, the journalistic, and the entrepreneurial—it really colors how I see things and approach every project. It gives me a distinct perspective that I try to bring to everything I share
