Foreign Banks have shown interest in Naya Pakistan Housing Programme

ISLAMABAD: Foreign banks have shown keen interest to invest in the mega project of ‘Naya Pakistan Housing Programme‘ (NPHP) announced by Prime Minister Imran Khan says Govt Spoke person on Economy and Energy Dr. Farrukh Saleem.

Talking to State-owned television (PTV) Dr. Farrukh Saleem Said (NPHP) will facilitate the masses and will help boost the economy.

The government has announced 10 more cities of Naya Pakistan Housing Programme 

World Bank will invest in the mortgage business and it would be proved as a huge economic driver too.

The government to set up ‘One Window Operation’ while the private sector will do the mortgage financing and builder.

Dr. Farrukh said The government has decided to construct 40 percent of houses in rural areas, 40 percent in urban and 20 percent in slums areas.

Farrukh Saleem criticized the previous governments on their failed policies and corrupt system due to which current government is facing several challenges, The government is determined to take serious measures to enhance the economy by promoting domestic production and export.
