Karachi to get Local Train Service from 31 October : Sheikh Rasheed

Railways Minister Sheikh Ahmed Rasheed has announced that local train service to be launched in Karachi on 31st October 2018.

The local train service in Karachi will run between Dhabeji and City station, Karachi.

Shaikh says ” President of Pakistan Dr.Arif Alvi will inaugurate the train on October 31, 2018.”

Railways Minister also said, “Prime Minister Imran Khan has fulfilled his promise. This will be the launch of the sixth train within 60 days span of new government assuming office.”

Sheikh said “we will fulfill our promise of launching 10 new trains in the first 100 days of the government.

In the next couple of weeks, Pakistan Railways is set to announce shuttle train service from Karachi to Hyderabad.
