ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated Digital Complaint Cell known as ‘Pakistan Citizen Portal’ (PCP).
PCP is the smartphone application based complaint cell system, currently available for Android Smartphones after two days it will be available for iOS as well.
Digital Complaint Cell will benefit citizens within Pakistan and overseas Pakistanis PCP is connected with Prime Minister Office directly.

Prime Minister said, “PCP is an E-Governance system, which is for the first time in Pakistan introduced by any government.”

This Portal will hold Government accountable, Performance-based all the departments will be accountable and answerable to PM Office.
PCP will be forward complaints to Chief Secretaries of the respective provinces, Parliamentarians, Ministers and it will be their duty to ensure complaint has been addressed and resolved.
The Government also launched Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) Toll-Free number for those who don’t have Smartphones to lodge the complaints.
There will be 3760 federal and provincial departments linked with the portal.
Provincial Governments will be informed about the complaints directly to the Chief Secretary of the province.
The PCP is a very comprehensive system even 1st world countries don’t have such a system. PM Imran added.

I had registered on Pakistan Citizen Portal and sought help some assistance on two different projects. For 10 days I could see who was dealing and what action was being taken, but now I cannot get the access to Pakistan Citizen Portal. Tried using all known information or sent information for registration, but of no use. Any recommendation to get the access please. Many thanks.
Problem: Musa Pak Express, The Night Coach Between Lahore and Multan should become The Night Train ? Between Lahore and Bahawalpur. Once it used to run between Lahore and Bahawalpur i.e, Samasatta Jn and I know that now it is Limited to Multan because It ran almost Empty Between Multan and Bahawalpur.
But I belong to Bahawalpur and when I move from Lahore to Bahawalpur I have to Travel in this Train and pay 490 Rupees for Musa Pak Express, 40 Rupees of Rickshaw to Go to the Bus Terminal of Multan and then 180 to Bus ? to travel from Multan to Bahawalpur. In this way my total journey costs 710 Rupees while the Fare of Train 13UP Awam Express on Which I go From Bahawalpur to Lahore is 550 Rupees ( Previously 490 Rupees, Please restore the old fares). So, I have to pay 160 Rupees Extra in Returning from Lahore to Bahawalpur.
Solution: Please start a Train ? of One coach having 78 seats ?. This train will Be a part of 116DN Musa Pak Express on Returning from Lahore to Multan and at Multan Station it will become a part of 12DN Hazara Express. On its journey from Bahawalpur to Lahore it will be added to 13UP Awam Express . Its fare Should be 550 Rupees for Lahore to Bahawalpur and Bahawalpur to Lahore.
Benifits:
To Passangers; The people of Bahawalpur will get an Excellent Facility to Travel Between Lahore and Bahawalpur at Night by Sleeping ? on Birth
To Pakistan Railways; Railway will earn 60×550=33,000 from Births and 18×500=9,000 from Seats ? I think this is a great step forward, exactly what is needed for pakistan , accountability, and removal of corruption, without this type of due process we can never gain the trust of the general public.
I am currently in the uk and find quite a few server connection problems, i find it is difficult to monitor progress of complaints accurately, is there not a related email address or phone no that can be used for firther correspondence ?
Also i have a delicate mater related to a complaint about a patwari, it seams that the patwari was contacted by the complaint cell, however i was not informed about this development.
I was later contacted by the patwari and was asked to attend the office, at his office the situation became very tense, awkward and almost felt dangerous. In such a situation the government official in question will have full infomation of the member of public that has reported them.
This can leave the puboic in a vulnarable position, protection of the public must be given full consideration, i wish to discuss the details of this furtherand would appreciate if somebody was to contact me
the application is not working on iphone , i have iphone SE IOS12.1 and the in app i can register complaints but when i click resolved complaints or in progress complaints , the application crash . please fix it , will be good to have website of this portal , these mobile application unstable keep crashing

Sir, My name is Syed Ahmed Hussain Shah belong to Union Council No.12 Tola Bangi Khel, Tehseel Esa Khel, District Mian wali (NA-95,PP-85). unfortunately my residence situated at Karak Rd Dalalo Faqeer, boundri line of KPK Shakardara Kohat. we have suffering from basic need, human life facility. in the past previous Govt did not facilitated our consistency. few days ago I apply for Electric Meter connection domestic service for home to SDO Wapda grid Lachi Kohat (PEPCO). but the connection pending due to 400 meters distance between my home to Electric pole. also I am requesting to wapda official, install the tow new electric poles tower to coverage the distance with overhead head wire, it is easy to establish the wapda connection for my home. in this circumstances my request is still pending. 3 week ago also I complaint on PM citizen portal . (Complaint No. KP041118-0178940) but this complaint is under process still awaited.
My consistency MNA is Mr. Imran Khan. now I have requested to my worthy MNA to solve my basic need.

My Name is Sajid Mahmood and i have a provide a solution to a problem of Pakistan which is not only problem Pakistan but also whole Asian countries, in brief i designed smoke control device which i named as SDR (smoke density reduction device) for brick kiln emission reduction especially black carbon which mostly polluting our environmental as world and also applied for patent in 2011 and got patent right in Pakistan in july 2016. I got patent right after 5 years even i cleared all technical issues required for patent but due to not issuance of NOC from my department. i could not got patent right in time and secondly they are going to be imported unsustainable and technically flaws in it , they are forcing to adopt throughout Pakistan. By adopting this technology not only cause shutdown of brick kilns and creation of unemployment in term labor working in brick kiln and people working in coal industries or other. The construction material like bricks production shortage already create increase in the rate of per bricks Trolley rate and which is also burden for poor people who want to construct their houses. Sir But my SDR device which is so simple and easy to install which can serve energy and environmental purpose more efficiently than zig zag high draft imported technology. sir it is requested that someone trying to hide me and keep me aside just to give me loss and Pakistan economy in term brick kiln industries by unreliable technology even i have already designed more better and easy to install on the mouth of chimney with 100 time more efficient and environmental friendly + 100 time less costly and easily acceptable because it installation does not need any shutdown even single day and alteration of already working brick kilns while in case of imported technology, if implement brick kiln owners especially poor labors have to sacrifice 70 days for its installation. Sir but punjab govt. according to my judgement they are unaware of technicallity of this imported technology because the front lines technical person and regulatory agencies they are responsible for this and they are getting benefit of their innocent behaviour. but sir your complaint cell and your attitude toward nation change the history of Pakistan.
