Pakistan Post starts 'Same-day Delivery' service in 25 cities

ISLAMABAD: The Government has launched Pakistan Post ‘Same-day delivery’ service in 25 cities across Pakistan.

Pakistan Post revival is to play a vital role in e-commerce, rebranding, mobile money orders and enhanced logistics facilities through its network expanded over 13,000 post offices across the country.

Minister of State for Communication Murad Saeed said that the Pakistan Post has a market of around Rs 80 billion.

This new initiative will not only help us to revive department but overcome its current losses and will come revenue generating institution.

Murad Saeed launched the Electronic Money Order service for the quick transfer of upto Rs.50,000/-

Pakistan Post Launched EMO Doorstep

In the Initial phase The Electronic Money order service is being started at 93 General Post Offices across Pakistan and will be extended to other post offices later.

The Revamp of Pakistan Post is highly appreciated by the citizens as Private logistics company were charges 4 times higher and people are expecting Pakistan Post to deliver on time and provide the best service to the customers.

‘Same-day delivery’ has been launched from Islamabad and Rawalpindi, any parcel to be delivered same day can be posted from locations below before 11:30 am and it will be delivered same day in 25 cities across country.
