IoK complete shutdown observed on Modi’s visit

SRINAGAR: A Complete shutdown observed in Indian Occupied Kashmir upon the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the valley.

Shops and Business were closed while thousands of Indian troops and commandos were spread out across the area and closed off all the roads as barb wires and iron barricades were placed to prevent protests and attacks on Indian Premier Modi’s visit.

Kashmiri leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq is under house arrest, tweets about the situation in the Indian Occupied Kashmir Valley.

Modi arrived in the remote mountainous Ladakh region bordering China and Pakistan on Sunday morning where he inaugurated a university.

Kashmiri people have been fighting Indian rule since 1989 demanding that the Indian-occupied areas be united with Pakistan or as an Independent country.

According to sources, nearly 18 youth martyred in January this year by Indian troops in Kashmir valley.
