Pak Army Soldier Martyred, four civilians Injured at LoC

MUZAFFARABAD: Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) resorted to unprovoked firing and shelling during the exchange of fire, Havaldar Manzoor Abbasi embraced martyrdom while four citizens including two young girls and a woman got injured.

According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), The Indian Army used rockets and mortars to target the civilian population and the Pak Army posts in Battal, Satwal Khanjar Nikyal and Jandrot sectors.

A Pakistan Army officer embraced martyrdom and four civilians, including two teenage girls and a woman sustained critical bullet wounds on Saturday as “the Indian Army resorted to unprovoked firing” and shelling along the Line of Control (LoC), the Army s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.

Earlier in July, five Pak Army soldiers were martyred and one sustained wounds in an explosion that took place near Line of Control in the Chamb sector of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
