Attowala Sports Plus, ASP is a charitable, mother organization founded in 2010 and based in Attowala, Kharian, Gujrat, Pakistan, which has an executive committee made up of local ordinary volunteers willing to do extraordinary work. ASP team’s prime goal is to mobilize by involving, engaging and uniting the locals, building strong community relationships across.
They believe very strongly that it is our responsibility and need to make the youths feel the sense of belonging, to feel that they are important part of the community and therefore they must feel responsible and accountable for their actions with confidence.
The Attowala Sports Plus (ASP) staged its first ever ATR10km (Attowala Triangle Run) on the 14th Nov 2010. This was the first event of its kind to be staged in the history of Pakistan in a rural area” (Khalid Mehmood, Gen Sec Athletics Federation of Pakistan).
ASP Attowala Sports Plus is committed to promoting sports and education, establishing welfare and building infrastructure in collaboration with the local government to benefit the community through careful entertaining and fun, particularly for the youth.
In association with the Athletics Federation of Pakistan and Sports Board Govt of Punjab, this is a non-profit and a non-political organization purely to promote human development.
