LAHORE: The Government of Punjab has issued a notification of the winter vacations in all Public & Private Schools in Punjab Province.

According to the notification, winter vacations will start from 20th December 2019, till 5th January 2020, All Private & Punjab Schools shall re-open on 6th January 2020.

Last Year, the Government of Punjab announced winter vacations from 20th December 2019 to 31st December 2019. Fake news was circulated of extending Winter Vacations in Punjab.

However, in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Winter Holidays were extended due to extreme cold weather.

I think it is too cold in Lahore . Government should give more holidays instead of kids become sick.it is serious ..usually kids cannot come out from blanket .in these days plz Punjab government ….

No action.. bcz my school gave holidays from 21 dec .. and even 9th and 10th classes have to go back to school on 26 dec.only 3 days of holidays are given to matric class in the spirit school sargodha

Our school is saying that for matric classes school is open that is not fair we also need holidays we have to go to school on 20 and 21 and then after that we have to go to school on 1 January but as holidays are announced till 6 Jan. 😭😭😭😭 plz do something for matric class we need justice
