Huawei P40 Lite has now been launchned globally almost a month before the launch of the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro including the Premium Edition of the device.
The Huawei P40 Lite is nothing but a rebrand of the Huawei Nova 6 SE which was launched in China in December last year.
The phone is aimed at the mid-tier segment and has some impressive specs on paper. The phone is powered by a Kirin 810 chipset together with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage that can be expanded with an external SD Card. The screen size is 6.4 inches which is pretty average for phones these days.

The phone comes with Android 10 out of the box with the Huawei’s own EMUI skin on top and no, the Huawei P40 Lite doesn’t come with Google services out of the box.
However, you still have the option to work around that and install those services manually and it isn’t that hard if you have some basic knowledge about Android phones.
Google has however warned against doing this saying that it poses a security threat so if you are planning on doing something like that, you’re doing it at your own risk and we can’t be held responsible.
Coming over to the phones camera department, the Huawei P40 Lite houses a quad camera setup with a 48 megapixel main sensor with an 8 megapixel ultrawide and 2 megapixel depth and macro senors on the back.
Running all of this is a 4200mAH battery capable of of 40W SuperCharge so you won’t need to worry about anything and can probably get through the day without the need to plug it in and even if you do, you won’t have to wait that long.
