Javed Afridi has shown interest on making Ertugrul Ghazi’s Esra Bilgic and Engin Altan Duzyatan as Peshawar Zalmi brand ambassadors. Both actors portray the roles of Halime Sultan and Ertugrul respectively on the Turkish drama.
Ertugrul has gained massive popularity in Pakistan since it started airing back in Ramazan on PTV in an Urdu dubbed version. Everyone was eager to try the show as it was a recommendation from Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Now Javed Afridi has taken to Twitter asking fans their opinion on what they thought about Ertugrul Ghazi aka Engin Altan Duzyatan as the brand ambassador.
He later followed up with another tweet asking fans what if they also made Halime Sultan the brand ambassador as well referring to the Esra Bilgic who essay’s the role.
Pakistani fans are loving the Turkish drama and have fallen in love with the cast especially Esra Bilgic and Engin Altan Duzyatan who have one of the main roles in the show however, that does entail challenges of its own since fans here have made certain expectations from the cast watching their show’s character forgetting that they were only roles.
Although most fans only have nice things to say about Esra Bilgic and Engin Altan Duzyatan, there are however some fans who just can’t accept the fact that these are actors and their personalities are different than what they saw in the Turkish drama.
There area many instances of fans being angry at the cast for their choice of clothes and even keeping dogs as pets.
