Natalia Najam, 9 year old Pakistani girl sets world record in chemistry

LAHORE: Natalia Najam, a nine year old Pakistani girl has set a Guinness World Record becoming the fastest and youngest person in the world to arrange the chemical elements of the periodic table.

The previous world record holder for this title was was an Indian professor named Meenakshi Agarwali who completed the task in 2 minutes and 49 seconds.

However, Natalia Najam beat the previous world record by 7 seconds finishing arranging the chemical elements of the periodic table in just 2 minutes and 42 seconds.

Natalia Najam at the time of setting the world record had no formal schooling and was entirely home schooled according to her father Hassan Najam.

Pakistanis after hearing the news took to Twitter to congratulate the nine year old on the achievement and making her country proud.
