Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SWEL) has finally revealed the BAIC BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan and the SUV is now available for booking at the company’s 3S Dealerships across the country.
The BAIC BJ40 Plus was originally launched in 2018 and the vehicle heavily resembles the Jeep Wrangler or the Mercedes G-Class and the SUV has no real competition in the market. However, the vehicle isn’t for everyone and it is aimed at a certain niche of buyers and car enthusiasts.
It is pertinent to mention the BAIC BJ40 Plus had made an appearance at the Pakistan Auto Show 2020 (PAPS 2020) but the launch of the SUV was delayed several times due to the coronavirus pandemic. The company started production of the BAIC BJ40 Plus in Pakistan a few months ago and the vehicle is finally available for booking.
BAIC BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan
The price of the BAIC BJ40 Plus in Pakistan is Rs. 7,685,000 and bookings for the vehicle are now open at the company’s 3S Dealerships. The complete list of dealerships along with booking information will be provided in a separate post. However, the booking price for the vehicle starts from Rs. 1,500,000.
Engine and Transmission
The vehicle comes with two different engine options, which include 2.0L turbo engines in both petrol and diesel mated with both manual and automatic transmission. However, Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SEWL) has introduced the petrol variant which produces 218 hp and 270 Nm of torque, while mated with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
