Sazgar BAIC has announced a massive increase in the BAIC BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan from for all new orders and bookings from 8th March 2023. The price hike comes after the Federal Government imposed 25% General Sales Tax (GST) on all SUVs, CUVs and cars having engine capacity of 1400cc or above.
However, Sazgar BAIC isn’t the only company to increase prices as Toyota Pakistan has also hiked prices for its best-sellers and everyone else in the automotive industry, who has a vehicle falling under the categories mentioned above will do the same.

BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan
According to the details, the price of BJ40 Plus is now Rs. 11,225,000 after an increase of Rs. 640,000 from the old price of Rs. 10,585,000 and the new price will be applicable effectively immediately.
It is pertinent to mention that Sazgar BAIC also raised price of the BJ40 Plus in Pakistan on last month after the Federal Government hiked GST from 17% to 18% and this is the second hike because of the same reason.
