Honda Reduces Car Prices in Pakistan [August 2022]

Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited (HACPL) has reportedly notified of a massive reduction in its car prices in Pakistan. According to the details, the Price of Honda City, Honda Civic, and Honda BR-V in Pakistan has been reduced with effect from 17 August 2022 due to the devaluation of the Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar (USD to PKR).

It is pertinent to mention that local automotive companies announced a massive increase in their prices due to depreciation of the Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar as the local currency reached nearly Rs. 240 against the greenback last month.

However, the Pakistani Rupee has made immense improvement against the US Dollar, which has led to automotive companies reducing their prices to pass on the benefit to the customers. Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) and Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) have both announced reduction in their prices as well.
