Hyundai Nishat Motor (Private) Limited has announced announced another hike in car prices in Pakistan. However, the latest increase in Hyundai’s car prices will be applicable on all new orders for April 2023 deliveries and onwards.
It is pertinent to mention that Hyundai Pakistan has raised car prices in Pakistan after the Federal Government increased the General Sales Tax (GST) form 17% to 18%. However, the company has gone ahead and announced another hike in car prices without any valid reason.
According to the details, Hyundai Pakistan will raised car prices by up to Rs. 455,000, depending on the model, which is going to bring the company’s cheapest sedan to well over Rs. 5.8 million and out of reach of many people.
Hyundai Tucson Price in Pakistan
The new price of Hyundai Tucson GLS Sport (FWD) in Pakistan will be Rs. 7,569,000 after a hike of Rs. 105,000 from the old rate of Rs. 7,464,000, while the price of the higher-end Hyundai Tucson Ultimate (AWD) is will be Rs. 8,169,000 from the old rate of Rs. 7,969,000 with an increase of Rs. 200,000.

The company has raised the price of Hyundai Elantra GL 1.6 in Pakistan to Rs. 5,849,000 from the old rate of Rs. 5,749,000 with an increase of Rs. 100,000, while the price of Hyundai Elantra GLS 2.0 has been raised to Rs. 6,349,000 after an increase of Rs. 195,000 from the old rate of Rs. 6,154,000.

Meanwhile, the new price of Hyundai Sonata 2.0 in Pakistan is going to be Rs. 9,129,000 from the old rate of Rs. 8,724,000 after an addition of Rs. 405,000, while the new price of Hyundai Sonata 2.5 will be Rs. 9,939,000 after an increase of Rs. 455,000 from the old rate of Rs. 9,484,000.

Furthermore, the company has also raised the price of Hyundai Porter in Pakistan by Rs. 201,000, which has taken the Porter Deckless to Rs. 3,589,000, the Porter Flat-Deck to Rs. 3,609,000, and the Porter High-Deck to Rs. 3,629,000.
