Hyundai Nishat Motors has notified of an increase in their car prices alongside other major automotive manufacturers. According to the notification, the price of Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai Sonata and Hyundai Elantra has been increased starting 1 December 2021.
It is pertinent to mention that companies are blaming the rising USD to PKR rates for the increase in their prices alongside the hike in cost of raw materials, shipping and freight rates.

Hyundai Elantra Price in Pakistan
The price of the Hyundai Elantra in Pakistan has been increased to Rs. 3,999,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 3,899,000. This means that the price of the vehicle has been hiked by Rs. 100,000. It is pertinent to mention that Hyundai Nishat Motors is offering just one variant of the Elantra in Pakistan.
It bears mentioning that the new prices for Elantra and Sonata will be applicable on all orders with allocation of January 2022 and onwards with invoicing date of 1 January 2022 and onwards. The current price for Elantra and Sonata will be applicable on all partial payment orders for tentative delivery month till December 2021.
It bears mentioning that other car manufacturers have also increased their prices, including Honda Atlas, Toyota Indus, Prince & DFSK, Suzuki and KIA Lucky Motors.
