Kia Lucky Motors Corporation (KLMC) have notified of another increase in their car prices in Pakistan without mentioning a reason. The hike comes just a few days after the company raised prices to implement the increase in General Sales Tax (GST) from 18% to 25%.
According to the details, the company has increased the price of Kia Picanto, Kia Sportage (except Alpha), Kia Stonic, and Kia Sorento in Pakistan by up to Rs. 622,000.
It is pertinent to mention that only two vehicles missing from the price hike are the Kia Sportage Alpha and the Kia Carnival.

The increase in prices of Kia cars in Pakistan will become applicable from 1st April 2023.
Kia Picanto Price in Pakistan
The price of Kia Picanto M/T in Pakistan has been raised by Rs. 50,000, bringing the new price at Rs. 3,350,000 from the old rate of Rs. 3,300,000, while the price of Kia Picanto A/T in Pakistan is now Rs. 3,625,000 after a hike of Rs. 75,000 from the old rate of Rs. 3,550,000.

The price of Kia Stonic EX in Pakistan has also been increased by Rs. 150,000 bringing the new price to Rs. 5,350,000 from the old rate of Rs. 5,200,000, while the price of Kia Stonic EX+ has been jacked up by Rs. 200,000, bringing the new rate at Rs. 5,930,000 from the old rate of Rs. 5,730,000.

The company has has not increased the price of Kia Sportage Alpha in Pakistan, keeping the price at Rs. 7,050,000, while the price of Sportage FWD has been hiked to Rs. 7,940,000 after an increase of Rs. 150,000 from the old rate of Rs. 7,790,000. Similarly, the price of Sportage AWD is now Rs. 8,570,000 after an increase of Rs. 200,000 from the old price of Rs. 8,370,000.

The price of Kia Sorento 2.4 FWD in Pakistan is now Rs. 10,040,000 after increase of Rs. 500,000 over old price of Rs. 9,540,000. Likewise, the price of both Kia Sorento 2.4 AWD and 3.5 FWD is now Rs. 10,890,000 after increase of Rs. 500,000 over old price of Rs. 10,390,000.
