Hyundai Nishat is reportedly planning to launch the Hyundai Santa Fe in Pakistan and a locally-assembled variant of the vehicle was spotted in the northern areas for a photo or video shoot with a camera crew.
According to Pak Wheels, the locally-assembled variant of Hyundai Santa Fe was spotted at Deosai Plains while Hyundai Nishat was shooting a teaser for the potential launch of the crossover SUV.
However, the automaker has not made any official announcement in this regard, but several reports suggest that Hyundai Nishat plans to launch the 4th Generation Santa Fe Hybrid in Pakistan.
The vehicle competes directly with the likes of Kia Sorento, Chery Tiggo, and Changan Oshan X7, which have already established their markets in the country. The success of the locally-assembled Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid will depend on whether the company manages to keep the price competitive.
