MG Motors Pakistan has unveiled the fully-electric MG Marvel R SUV in Pakistan at Packages Mall in Lahore. The announcement was made by the company via their Facebook Page.
“Time to welcome the 3rd contender as the futuristic MARVEL R has arrived in Lahore.” said MG Pakistan in the caption of their Facebook Post. “Join us at Packages Mall and help us choose the next MG for Pakistan.”
The MG Marvel R was imported by the company as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) in Pakistan in order to test the vehicle and its capability on the Pakistani roads, which eventually helps car manufacturers decide whether to launch the vehicle in the local market or not.
Specifications
The MG Marvel R is available in two options, including a rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations. The rear-wheel drive option is equipped with two electric motors mounted on the rear axle, producing 186HP, while the all-wheel drive option has an additional third motor on the front axle, which helps increase the output power to 302HP.
The company also claims a maximum driving range of 402KM for the vehicle.
