Lucky Motors Corporation (LMC) has increased the price of Peugeot 2008 in Pakistan as the automotive industry goes through a wave of price hikes due to current economic conditions and depreciation of PKR against USD.
According to the company’s dealership in Gujranwala (Peugeot Greenfields), the price of Peugeot 2008 Active has been raised by Rs. 499,000 to the new price of Rs. 5,899,000 from the old rate of Rs. 5,400,000.
Similarly, the price of Peugeot 2008 Allure has been jacked up by Rs. 499,000, bringing the new price to Rs. 6,599,000 from the old rate of Rs. 6,100,000

Meanwhile, the Government is mulling to increase the Federal Excise Duty (FED) on both locally assembled as well as imported vehicles, which is going to make prices even higher for the customer.
Lucky Motors Corporation (LMC) has also hiked the prices of Kia cars in Pakistan in light of the economic conditions.
