Indus Motor Company (IMC) has launched non-hybrid variants of the Toyota Corolla Cross in Pakistan. According to the details, the Non-Hybrid Corolla Cross comes with a 1.8-liter petrol engine and a more affordable price tag compared to its hybrid counterpart.
The non-hybrid, aka petrol, version of the Toyota Corolla Cross, available in two variants, the 1.8x and 1.8, will help to target a wider number of customers in the market. The announcement of the new variants was unexpected, as Toyota had initially launched the Corolla Cross in Pakistan in December 2023.
Engine and Transmission
The non-hybrid Toyota Corolla Cross is powered by a 2ZR-FE 1.8-litre engine that is capable of producing 138 horsepower (hp) and 172 Newton meters (Nm) of torque, paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system.
