KARACHI: Bahria Town Karachi, Last date to obtain possession handover of ‘Ready for Possession’ residential & commercial plots, villas and apartments has been extended till 31st January 2020.

In the latest update by Bahria Town Administration Karachi, The letters were dispatched to property owners who have not taken possession of their developed residential and commercial plots has been extended till 31st January 2020.

The special extension has been offered to Overseas Members & last date extended for further 4 months; 15th May 2020.

According to Bahria Town Karachi Administration, after the given date of Non-Utilization Charges will be applied.

Overseas members are the ones holding foreign passport/work permit or have been submitting the installments in foreign currency.
