Gold Prices See Sharp Drop with Rs7,000 Cut per Tola

KARACHI: The Gold Price constantly declining trend over a week on Tuesday, 12 November, 2024 as the price of 24-karat gold stands at Rs. 270,500 per tola in Pakistan.

Prices of gold have declined by Rs 6,000 with 10 grams of gold being priced at Rs 231,911, the Karachi Sarafa Association reported. At the moment, the price of one gram of gold is Rs 23,191 and that of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs212,584.

Silver rates have also plunged, with silver trading for Rs3,250 per tola today after a Rs50 fall. The rate for 10 grams of silver has come down by Rs43 to Rs2,786.

Spot gold was trading Friday on the international market for $2,596 an ounce, down $28 or 1.07 percent from the previous day.
