The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has nominated senior level focal persons attend to any complaints regarding Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) from customers.
The central bank has nominated 16 senior-level focal persons in its 16 offices 16 offices to expeditiously attend complaints of customers who are eligible to avail disbursement of the housing loan under the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) Scheme
Furthermore, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has also provided a list of these focal persons to reach for complaints regarding the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Programme.

It is pertinent to mention that SBP was given a go-ahead by the Government to resume the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Scheme and allow banks to disbursement the housing loan to already approved cases.
Meanwhile, the housing finance scheme is still on hold for new applicants and the Government is reviewing and revising the terms of the programme.
