Get Your Deceased’s SIM Transferred Before 15th October 2024: PTA

All SIMs registered under CNICs of deceased individuals will be blocked by 15th October 2024.

If you have a SIM issued under a deceased person’s CNIC, only a family member can request its transfer.

To Transfer a SIM:

  • Visit the nearest Customer Service Center or Franchise of your mobile operator.
  • Bring the following documents:
    • Official proof of relationship
    • Original Death Certificate
    • Original SIM or Police Report (if the SIM is lost)
    • Proof of Usage (Last Recharge/Call History)

Ensure this process is completed on time to avoid service disruption.
