The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has postponed more intermediate exams on Friday and Saturday due to heavy monsoon rains in the metropolis.
According to the details, The BIEK had to postpone exams for students of Arts (Regular), Arts (Private) and special candidates along with some practical exams.
In a notification issued by the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK), the intermediate exams for the following groups have been postponed:
- Humanities Regular (Economics-II)
- Humanities Regular (Islamic Studies-II)
- Humanities Regular (General History-II/ Options I & I)
- Humanities Private (Economics-II)
- Humanities Private (Islamic Studies-II)
- Humanities Private (General History-II/ Options I & I)
- Special Students (Outlines of Home Economics-I)
- Diploma (Anatomy & Physiology-V)
Furthermore, the postponed exams will now take place on August 23 at the same time at the same centres.
It is pertinent to mention that BIEK had also postponed and rescheduled the following intermediate exams in Karachi:
- Civics paper-II and Sociology Paper-II for (Arts regular and private)
- Statistics paper-II (Arts regular)
- Nursing paper (Home Economics group)
- Fine Arts paper-I (special candidates)
These exams were rescheduled for August 22 at the same time and same exam centres.
