Hamza Ali Abbasi announced last year that he was taking a break from acting but some fans thought it meant quitting acting altogether.
Hamza Ali Abbasi has confirmed that he only took time away from acting to focus more on religion and that he will be returning and making new projects.
The Pakistani star has now responded to a fan on Twitter confirming that he hasn’t quit acting and that he will be returning to it sometime in the future.

The fan made a tweet saying “Really wish Hamza hadn’t quit acting.” to which Abbasi responded saying that “I haven’t quit acting because I don’t see it anywhere in Islam as being haraam in itself.”
He further mentioned that ” I just took a long break from acting to give more time to religion and Insha Allah will make and maybe act in projects made within boundaries Allah has set for us.”
However, we are going to see Hamza Ali Abbasi in Bilal Lashari’s latest upcoming film, The Legend of Maula Jatt that is set to hit cinemas on Eid ul Fitr 2020.

He seriously needs to reconsider his act altogether or stop bragging about all he is doing. It seriously sometimes makes us wonder whether he’d end up being a politician, a scholar or an actor.
