Indian television actress Jasmine Bhasin recently revealed a harrowing experience involving contact lenses that led to a temporary loss of vision. The actress, known for her participation in the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ Season 14, shared her ordeal in an interview with Times of India.
On July 17, Jasmine attended an event wearing contact lenses. Almost immediately after putting them on, she felt severe pain in her eyes and began experiencing difficulty seeing. The pain escalated quickly, and soon, she could no longer see anything.
Understanding the urgency of the situation, Jasmine decided to wear sunglasses to the event. Her team assisted her with walking and other tasks as her vision had deteriorated significantly. Late that night, she consulted an eye doctor who diagnosed damage to her cornea, the clear front surface of the eye. The doctor then bandaged her eyes to protect them and promote healing.
