Pakistani actress Yashma Gill tests positive for coronavirus

Pakistani actress Yashma Gill has tested positive for coronavirus according to the actress herself on Twitter.

Yashma Gill took to Twitter to inform that she had been feeling symptons related to COVID-19 and started self isolating and got immediately tested and the report came out as positive.

3 days ago I felt feverish and mild symptoms associated with #Covid19 – so I self-isolated & got myself test immediately. Last evening the report came positive, but so far I am doing fine (alhamdulillah) except the initial symptoms.

She followed up with another tweet saying that initially she though that she wasn’t going to tell anyone about it but realized that we can’t create a stigma out of this disease. She also asked her fans for their prayers.

Initial thought was i won’t tell anyone – but then I realised we can’t create a stigma around this disease and we need to fight it. Keep me in your prayers … because I am scared !
