Master Motors to Launch Three Changan Vehicles this month

Automobile News – Master Motors signed an agreement with Changan Motors (China) on June 29, 2018. The Chinese automaker Changan will be investing 100 million USD in Pakistani Market.

The International Engineering & Machinery Asia Expo 2018 was held at Lahore on September 2, 2018 where Master Motors unveiled the upcoming four Changan vehicles, out of which 3 vehicles MPV Karvaan, M8 & M9 are set to launch on 15, september 2018.

CEO Daniyal Malik said that he is hopeful that the Changan vehicles will perform well in the Pakistani market as the vehicles offer amazing features at an affordable price.

Master Motors has not revealed the prices of upcoming vehicles so far, however according to sources The expected prices are as follows:

  • MPV Karvaan – Rs 1,000,000
  • M8 – Rs 850,000
  • M9 – Rs 900,000

A recent development in Automobile market in Pakistan, Al Hajj Motors signed a deal with Malaysian Automaker Proton to establish assembling plant in Pakistan whereas Al Hajj motors already introduced FAW vehicles in Pakistan.

Nishat Hyundai already started the production of Shehzore, it appears the upcoming Master Motors Changan M8/ M9 Pickups will be competing in market with Hyundai Shehzore pickup.

Changan Karvaan will be competing with FAW XPV  1000cc dual AC mini Van as Suzuki Bolan is completely outdated and has no safety feature nor Air conditioner.
