NADRA Launches QR Code System to Improve Complaint Registration

Pakistan’s National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new QR code system to improve the way citizens register complaints about their experience at NADRA centers.

The QR codes will be displayed at all NADRA offices. Citizens can scan the code with their mobile phones to access a complaint registration form. This will allow them to easily register their complaints without having to fill out lengthy paper forms.

The system is designed to improve the efficiency of the complaint resolution process and to make it easier for citizens to voice their concerns.

Furthermore, citizens can also register complaints by calling NADRA’s helpline at 1777 or by visiting the NADRA website https://www.nadra.gov.pk/.

This is a positive step by NADRA to improve its services and make it more accountable to the public. The new QR code system will make it easier for citizens to register complaints and will help NADRA to track and resolve complaints more efficiently.
